  • Patent number: 8392432
Abstract: Systems and methods for assigning a product category and/or classification to user data based on a taxonomy of makes and models is provided. User data is received and converted to plain text. A taxonomy is provided, having a plurality of categories corresponding with product descriptions based on product makes and models. Rules are associated with the categories in the taxonomy and used to generate a category score for categories in the taxonomy. The category scores are used to assign at least one category from the taxonomy to the user data. A product class may also be assigned to the user data based on the assigned product category.

  • Publication number: 20130033665
Abstract: An LCD includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer between the first and second substrates, first and second alignment films respectively disposed on the first and second substrates. The first substrate comprises multiple scanning lines and multiple data lines intercrossed with the multiple scanning lines to define multiple pixel areas. Each pixel area comprises multiple electrically interconnected first electrodes and multiple electrically interconnected second electrodes. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are disposed on different layers and mutually intersected to define multiple sub-pixel areas. Each sub-pixel area further comprises two protrusion-shaped patterns facing each other on two adjacent first electrodes where the first electrodes and the second electrodes are not overlapped.

  • Publication number: 20120188210
Abstract: A gate driving circuit unit, a gate driving circuit and a display device are disclosed. The gate driving circuit unit comprises: a first clock signal control module, an input signal control module, a third clock signal control module and a fourth clock signal control module, wherein the first clock signal control module comprises a driving unit and a clock feed-through suppressing unit. The driving unit transmits a first clock signal to an output port after being switched on. The clock feed-through suppressing unit couples the control end of the driving unit to a signal output interface under control of the first clock signal. The input signal control module provides the driving voltage for the driving unit under control of an input pulse signal. The third clock signal control module provides the shutdown voltage for the driving unit.

  • Publication number: 20120105751
Abstract: A display panel comprises a first and a second substrates and a BP liquid crystal layer. A first electrode is provided on the first substrate, a second electrode is provided on the second substrate, and reflection portions each having a first and a second reflection surfaces are provided between the first and second substrates. When light is transmitted to the panel, the light is reflected on the first reflection surface of the reflection portion and the light after the first reflection is transmitted to an adjacent reflection portion through the liquid crystal layer and is reflected on the second reflection surface of the adjacent reflection portion. When different voltages are applied, the liquid crystal layer will shift the phase position of the light passing therethrough, while when there is no voltage, the liquid crystal layer will not shift the phase position of the light passing therethrough.

  • Publication number: 20100079363
Abstract: A liquid crystal display apparatus includes M data lines arranged in columns, N scanning lines arranged in rows, and pixels determined by intersection of the M data lines and the N scanning lines. M and N are integers greater than 1. The N scanning lines are divided into 2K scanning line groups; K is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and the scanning lines in each scanning line group are connected with pixels having the same polarity. The liquid crystal display apparatus further includes: 2K driving components, each of which corresponding to one scanning line group and being configured to provide a plurality of levels of outputs, each level of outputs being connected with one scanning line in the scanning line group to activate the scanning line. Thus, power consumption can be saved effectively.

  • Publication number: 20090015527
Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display panel having an adjusting device and an adjusting method thereof. The adjusting device is configured to transmit a recovery voltage signal having a recovery voltage to a common electrode line corresponding to a scan line when a low-voltage scan signal is transmitted to the scan line, and form an adjusted voltage lower than the recovery voltage on the common electrode line when a high-voltage scan signal is transmitted to the scan line. The invention can reduce effectively flicker of a liquid crystal display panel and improve comfortableness of a user when viewing.
