    Abstract: An electroluminescent device and a method for preparing the same, and a display apparatus are disclosed. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a substrate (1) and a cover plate (2) disposed opposite to each other; an electroluminescent structure (3) disposed between the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2); and a barrier wall (4) for blocking water and oxygen, which is located around the electroluminescent structure (3) and forms a closed ring structure. The barrier wall (4) for blocking water and oxygen is located between the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2), is assembled with the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2) in a sealing manner to form a sealed space (6), and comprises a plurality of barrier layers (41) for blocking water and oxygen with an interval therebetween, the barrier layers (41) being made of an inorganic material; a sealant (5) is provided between each two adjacent barrier layer (41) for blocking water and oxygen to connect the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode, an array substrate and a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode comprises an anode, a cathode, a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, and a hole injection layer disposed between the anode and the light-emitting layer, wherein the hole injection layer is provided therein with metal nanoparticles, and the frequency of a localized surface plasmon resonance of the metal nanoparticles is matched with the emission wavelength of the light-emitting layer. As the organic light-emitting diode is doped with metal nanoparticles in the hole injection layer and the resonance frequency of the localized surface plasmon of the metal nanoparticles is matched with the emission wavelength of the light-emitting layer, the metal nanoparticles are allowed to generate localized plasma resonance with photons, so that the light extraction efficiency of the organic light-emitting diode is enhanced.

The method for preparing the PDL comprises: step 1: forming a mixed solution on a substrate to form a mixed solution film, in which the mixed solution includes a hydrophilic material, a hydrophobic material and a solvent; step 2: performing heat treatment on the mixed solution film to form a pixel defining material layer in which the content of the hydrophilic material on the upper portion is less than that of the hydrophilic material on the lower portion and the content of the hydrophobic material on the upper portion is more than that of the hydrophobic material on the lower portion; and step 3: forming a pattern of the PDL on the pixel defining material layer by a patterning process.
