The second antenna element is fixedly connected to the first antenna element. The second antenna element is fixed to the base plate. The spiral tail is disposed around the edge of the second antenna element and provided with a notch. The feeder is connected to the first antenna element and the second antenna element, and feeds the first antenna element and the second antenna element.

The anchor point comprises a base, which is configured for fixing to the object such that it is rotatable about an axis of rotation. The anchor point also comprises a retainer bracket held on two bearing points on the base such that it is tiltable about a tilt axis relative to the base.
