    Abstract: A display panel and a display device provided by the present invention replace a polarizer with a light-absorbing structure formed by a black material adopted by a pixel defining layer. The light-absorbing structure is configured to absorb light reflected by touch control electrodes. The light-shielding structure is disposed on a side of a color filter layer to block, absorb, and reflect light reflected by an upper surface of the touch control electrodes. Because the polarizer does not need to be provided, a light extraction rate of a light-emitting layer is increased while reducing reflectance of an upper surface of the pixel defining layer. A black matrix layer does not need to be provided, or even if the black matrix layer is provided, a size of an opening of the black matrix layer is larger than a size of a slot of the pixel defining layer, thereby increasing an aperture ratio.

Each part of the pixel defining layer adjacent to the first openings and each corresponding part of the black bank layer adjacent to the second openings form a stepped structure. The first thin film encapsulation sublayer covers the black bank layer, the pixel defining layer, and the substrate. Parts of the first thin film encapsulation sublayer corresponding to the stepped structures have a stepped shape. The initiator is a radical initiator having a decomposition temperature less than 40° C. The acrylate crosslink monomer comprises a copolymerization two of aromatic group-containing and triol-containing acrylate polymerizable monomers for lowering a temperature of a following color filter preparing process. A method of preparing the photosensitive resin composition and a display device comprising the photosensitive resin composition are also provided.

The display panel includes a functional layer which is unflattened and contains nano-particles on a color filter substrate. When incident light passes through the functional layer unflattened and containing the nano-particles, the incident light diverges and is scattered. Therefore, ambient light can be scattered effectively. Accordingly, reflectivity of the display panel is lowered, and a contrast ratio of the display panel is improved.
