  • Publication number: 20240413877
Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to channel state based beamforming enhancement. A first device receives, from a second device, a second message indicating a second channel state. The second message has a second length less than a first length of a first message indicating a first channel state previously received from the second device. The first device obtains combined beamforming features of the second device according to a trained combining model associated with the second device and based on the second message and historical beamforming features of the second device. The first device generates a beam weight for the second device according to a trained beamforming model and based on the combined beamforming features. The first device may generate a beam weight for the second device according to the beamforming model without recovering CSI from the message.

  • Publication number: 20240187285
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to machine learning for channel estimation against diverse Doppler effects. In this solution, the first device receives user data in a slot from a second device via a channel between the first device and the second device, the user data includes a reference symbol. Then, the first device performs, with a NN, a first channel estimation for the channel based on information on velocity of a second device and a result of a second channel estimation for the channel. The second channel estimation is performed based on the received reference symbol. After that, the first device transmits, to the second device, an indication of a result of the first channel estimation. With this solution, channel estimation is able to be performed in diverse scenarios (e.g., diverse Doppler scenarios, high-velocity scenarios and the like) with low overheads in reference signals (e.g., 1 DMRS), thereby reducing network consumption.

  • Publication number: 20160325481
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and device for detecting broken plastic strands of plastic extruder by heat. In this method, a detection strip is placed below the die exit of plastic extruder. The detection strip is made of a material that is the same as the product being produced by the plastic extruder or a material with similar melting performance as the product being produced. In the event of a broken strand during production, the broken strand will hang down and fall on said detection strip, where the residual heat in the strand can heat the detection strip to over its glass transition temperature and change it from glassy state to elastomeric state until it is pulled or molten to break. Once the break of the detection strip is detected, the alarm will be turned on. The detection device comprises a detection strip, a strip support, a contact detector(s) and a sound-light alarming device. One end of the strip support applies a pre-load upward or downward on the detection strip.
