In the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the electrode leading-out member is provided, which increases contact area between a post and a tab, expands overcurrent area between the post terminal and the connecting plate, reduces internal resistance, lowers temperature rise, and improves the safety performance of a battery cell.
