    Abstract: A new linear machine learning method based on DNA hybridization reaction technology, includes a machine learning training part, an algorithm part, and a testing part. This machine learning method has the ability to learn linear functions. Unlike silicon circuits, the learning algorithm is implemented through the synchronization of DNA hybridization reactions. Therefore, the calculation mode of this machine learning method is a parallel computing model, and the weights of this machine learning are obtained through training without the involvement of electronic computers. Through the method, it is possible to learn multivariable linear functions without any limitation on the number of input terms. Due to the non-negative DNA concentration, the method used a dual track model for negative data processing operations.

The non-sintered high-strength lightweight aggregate is prepared from a sulfur-based solid waste, an alkaline-based solid waste, an auxiliary cementing material, a ferro-aluminum-sulfur cementing material, water, and a foaming agent as raw materials. Based on the mass of the total solid, the total content of the sulfur-based solid waste, the alkaline-based solid waste, and the auxiliary cementing material is 80-90 wt %, and the content of the ferro-aluminum-sulfur cementing material is 10-20 wt %. The mass ratio of the water to the total solid is (15-20):(80-85). The foaming agent accounts for 0.3-0.7% of the mass of the total solid. The mass ratio between the sulfur-based solid waste, the alkaline-based solid waste, and the auxiliary cementing material is (27-33):(27-33):(18-25).

According to the present disclosure, three polypeptides for quantitatively detecting the casein glycomacropeptide are obtained through screening, which have amino acid sequences shown in SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2 and SEQ ID NO:3 respectively, and are suitable for quantitatively analyzing the content of the casein glycomacropeptide in a sample to be detected. According to the present disclosure, accurate quantitative analysis of the casein glycomacropeptide is realized, and the polypeptide sequence can be used for determining whether the content of the casein glycomacropeptide in the product reaches a standard or not.

The invention aims at improving the drug loading rate and drug loading speed of the microspheres. Through modification, the crystallinity of polyvinyl alcohol is weakened, the swelling in water is accelerated, and the application effect of the microspheres is improved.

    Abstract: A time-resolved fluorescence and chromogenic dual-signal test strip for estrogen is based on the principle of immune recognition and fluorescence resonance energy transfer. In time-resolved fluorescence mode, estrogen-BSA-persistent luminescence particle complex is the fluorescence donor, and colloidal gold modified with estrogen monoclonal antibody is the fluorescence receptor, which is also chromogenic signal unit in the chromogenic mode. The photos of strips in both modes are obtained with smart phones. The time-resolved fluorescence intensity of the test strip test zone is positively correlated with estrogen content, and the chromogenic intensity is negatively correlated with estrogen content. The competitive time-resolved fluorescence and chromogenic dual-signal immunochromatographic test strips can accurately and quickly detect estrogen and estrogen-like compounds.

The method breaks through the requirements on contents of calcium, aluminum and iron in traditional sulphoaluminate cement production, and realizes application of a large amount of steel slag.
