Specifically, disclosed are a nitrogen-containing bridged heterocyclic compound represented by general formula (I), a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, and use thereof as a therapeutic agent, particularly, use as a complement factor (Factor B) inhibitor and use in preparing a drug for treatment and/or prevention of Factor B-mediated diseases or disorders.
