  • Publication number: 20080298535
Abstract: A circuit structure for a timer counter counting the cycles of the pulse width of a digital signal corresponding to a clock signal is provided, wherein the signal type of the digital signal is Non-return to zero code. The timer counter circuit structure includes a first counter module and a second counter module. The first counter module receives the digital signal and the clock signal and counts the cycles of the pulse width of the digital signal corresponding to the clock signal while the logic of the digital signal is high. The second counter module receives the inverted digital signal and the clock signal and counts the cycles of pulse width of the inverted digital signal corresponding to the clock signal while the logic of the inverted digital signal is low.

  • Patent number: 6766848
Abstract: A shower curtain has a large curtain area made of water-proof material. A top of the shower curtain is formed with a plurality of through holes which are arranged transversally; thereby, the shower curtain being fixed to and slidable along a specific fixing rod. Two sides of the shower curtain are formed with special compound edges. The material of the compound edge are plastic thin films which are adhered to the shower curtain by high frequency, supersonic waves and seaming. The plastic thin film is a hydrophile material and thus it has an adhesion force to an attached wall. Therefore, the shower curtain is adhered to a wall surface to isolate a shower area from a bath room.

  • Patent number: 6189597
Abstract: A curtain with a hanger ring assembly for mounting onto a supporting rod includes a sheet material and a plurality of hanger units. The sheet material has a plurality of hanger openings formed along a top edge, and a plurality of edge gap each extending from the top edge to an upper portion of the respective hanger opening. Each of the opening portions defines a section of connecting tab adjacent to the respective edge gap. Each of the hanger units includes a hanger ring which has a ring slit separating two ends thereof and defines a section of ring tab adjacent to the ring slit. Each of the hanger rings is attached to one side of the respective opening portion and coaxially extended around the respective hanger opening with the ring slit of the respective hanger ring staggering with the edge gap of the respective opening portion. The connecting tabs of the opening portions of the sheet material are detachably overlapped with the ring tabs of the hanger rings respectively.

  • Patent number: 6178090
Abstract: A lotion bottle fixing base unit, comprising a base, a fixing unit, an IC circuit set and a silicone rubber washer. The base and fixing unit are extrusion formed plastics. The IC circuit set is installed in the round groove on the base. The silicone rubber washer is installed at an appropriate location on the base. The covering groove at the lower part of the fixing unit serves to cover the entire base. The bottle fixing groove on the upper part of the fixing unit serves to accommodate a lotion bottle or similar bottle or container. A daily-use bottle can be fixed by the user to the base, so that when the user presses on the lotion bottle on the fixing unit, the fixing unit will activate the flexible switch, and the base will produce music to entertain the user.

  • Patent number: 6148418
Abstract: An environment monitoring integrated circuit is provided that allows the boundaries of operating parameters to be conveniently modified. The present invention allows the hardware designer to easily change the temperature boundary of the computer operation, or the boundaries of the operating voltage, the operating temperature and the rotation speed of the fan. The present invention uses limit registers which provide a simple implementation for changing the boundaries of the operating parameters of the computer.

  • Patent number: 6034671
Abstract: A photocoupling signal detection circuit for a computer mouse to simplify the design of circuit by tracking the slope change of input voltage waveform and produce a digital output which can detect the movement of computer mouse is disclosed. This signal detection circuit includes a comparator, a state decision circuit, an up/down counter, and a D/A converter. The comparator produces an up/down signal connected to the state decision circuit, then the up/down signal connected to the up/down counter to transfer the up/down signal into a digital signal output. The digital signal connected to a D/A converter for transferring into an analog signal, and the analog signal can be compared with the output signal of an phototransistor. According to the state of up/down signal, the state decision circuit determines if the phototransistor is turned on or turned off and outputs different state signals, based on its determination. The output state signal is further utilized for the detection of a computer mouse.

  • Patent number: 5877615
Abstract: A circuit and a method for generating modified reference voltages are provided. The reference voltages are modified dependent upon the level of electrical signals received. A series of electrical signals is provided to a reference voltage adjuster. The reference voltage adjuster stores a signal representing either a previous maximum or minimum signal value, and also stores a signal representing a present signal from the series of electrical signals. The reference voltage adjuster then determines the existence of a new maximum or minimum signal value. Upon the determination of the existence of a new maximum or minimum signal value, the average of the new maximum or minimum signal and the previous maximum or minimum signal value is determined. The signal representing the average of the new maximum or minimum signal and the previous maximum or minimum signal value is then provided to a comparator as the new reference voltage.
