Abstract: Disclosed are a material analysis method based on the crystal structure database, a system, a computer-readable storage medium and an application. The material analysis method includes comparing experimental pattern information obtained from examination of a to-be-tested sample with theoretical pattern information calculated from material structure data in the crystal structure database, and obtaining crystallographic information and phase composition of the to-be-tested sample through intelligent analysis. The crystallographic information include space group, unit cell parameter, and specific coordinates of atoms in unit cell. The crystal structure database has material structure data obtained by experimental measurement and/or theoretical prediction, including chemical formula, space group, unit cell parameter and specific coordinates of atoms in unit cell.

The method comprises: displaying a first application interface, wherein the first application interface comprises an interface of a first application; and creating a second application account in the first application interface, wherein the second application account is used for logging in a second application. Therefore, a new interaction mode is provided.

Abstract: A chamber arrangement includes a chamber body, a substrate support, and a laser source. The substrate support is arranged within the chamber body and supported for rotation about a rotation axis relative to the chamber body. The laser source is arranged outside of the chamber body and optically coupled to the substrate support along a lasing axis. The lasing axis intersects the substrate support at a location radially outward from an outer periphery of a substrate seated on the substrate support. A semiconductor processing system and a material layer deposition method are also described.

The injector tube can be disposed within the susceptor ring to provide a gas to a peripheral region of a substrate. Methods, systems, and assemblies can be used to obtain desired (e.g. composition and/or thickness) profiles of material on a substrate surface.

Abstract: An air conditioner system includes an air conditioner and a cloud platform. The air conditioner includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The cloud platform is configured to: in a case where the air conditioner is in a heating mode, determine that the outdoor unit performs one of defrosting and ending defrosting; if determining that operating parameters of the outdoor unit satisfy a first preset condition, send a first sub-instruction to the outdoor unit, so that the outdoor unit starts defrosting according to the first sub-instruction; if determining that the operating parameters satisfy any one of a plurality of second preset conditions, send a second sub-instruction to the outdoor unit, so that the outdoor unit ends defrosting according to the second sub-instruction.

Abstract: The topographic environment detection method and a topographic environment detection system based on a binocular stereo camera, and an intelligent terminal are provided. The topographic environment detection method includes: obtaining a left-eye image and a right-eye image about a same road scenario, and processing the left-eye image and the right-eye image to obtain a dense disparity map of the road scenario; converting image information in a detection region into 3D point cloud information in a world coordinate system in accordance with the dense disparity map; fitting a road surface model in accordance with the 3D point cloud information; inputting an image in the detection region into a trained semantic segmentation model, and obtaining a segmentation result from the semantic segmentation model; and obtaining topographic information about the detection region in accordance with the segmentation result, and transmitting the topographic information to a vehicle assistant driving system.
