    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble sending method. In one example method, access slot information is received by a user equipment (UE) from a controller. The received access slot information comprises a start access slot (AS) corresponding to each random access channel (RACH) sub-channel. ASs that start from the start AS and whose quantity is a quantity of PRACH preamble repetitions are used by the UE to send a same PRACH preamble. A PRACH preamble is repeatedly sent, by the UE, to a base station according to the received access slot information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a wireless data transmission method, including: obtaining a repetition quantity required for data transmission of each user equipment (UE) in a management range, and determining a round trip time (RTT) of the UE according to obtained repetition quantity information of the UE, process quantity information of the UE, and a transmission time interval (TTI). A repetition quantity required by a UE may be learned of by using repetition quantity information of the UE. Therefore, for a coverage capability of each UE, each RTT can include as few processes as possible, provided that a requirement of the UE for a repetition quantity is met. In this way, a probability of successful data decoding may be efficiently improved, thereby efficiently improving a coverage capability of UE in wireless communication.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a data transmission method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: performing coding and modulation on data; mapping the modulated data onto M carriers, where M is an integer greater than 1, a carrier spacing of the M carriers is greater than or equal to a data rate, and the carrier spacing is a spacing between center frequencies of two carriers; performing spectrum spreading, scrambling, and precoding processing on data mapped onto each carrier; performing multi-carrier modulation on the spread, scrambled, and precoding processed data; and sending the multi-carrier modulated data to a receiving apparatus. According to the data transmission method, apparatus, and system provided by the present invention, a carrier frequency offset sensitivity problem may be resolved, thereby improving reliability of a communications system.
