  • Patent number: 11824924
Abstract: A service request message sending method, a distributed database architecture and a computer readable storage medium are disclosed. The method includes: receiving (S101) a service request message, and sending (S102) the service request message to a corresponding storage unit through N tiers of computing nodes, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and the closer the tier is to the storage unit, the larger the number of computing nodes in that tier is.

Date of Patent: November 21, 2023
Assignee: XI'AN ZHONGXING NEW SOFTWARE CO., LTD.
Inventors: Jian Sui, Qinyuan Lu, Lingdong Zhang, Wenwen Jing
  • Publication number: 20230113468
Abstract: A method for detecting biomarkers with shortened test time and enhanced precision is provided. A sample from the body fluid is made to flow over a sensor surface coated with a capture antibody to allow binding of a biomarker in the sample to the capture body. An optical method detects and counts the individual binding events along the sensor surface with single molecule resolution, and difference in the binding events along the sensor surface is detected in real-time and analyzed to determine the biomarker concentration.

  • Patent number: 11559807
Abstract: A method for detecting biomarkers with shortened test time and maximized precision. A sample from the body fluid is made to flow over a sensor surface coated with a capture antibody to allow binding of a biomarker in the sample to the capture body. An optical method detects and counts the individual binding events along the sensor surface with single molecule resolution, and difference in the binding events along the sensor surface is detected in real time and analyzed to determine the biomarker concentration.
