    Abstract: A head-mounted adjustment device includes a housing, a connecting rod, a first magnetic member, and a second magnetic member, and a strap. The housing includes an adjusting cavity and an adjusting opening. The connecting rod movably installed in the adjusting cavity moves in the direction close to or away from the adjusting opening. The first magnetic member installed at an end of the connecting rod moves synchronously with the connecting rod. The second magnetic member is located on one side of the first magnetic member close to the adjusting opening; parts of the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member facing each other are isotropic magnetic poles of each other. The strap having one end connected to the connecting rod, and another end extends out of the adjusting opening to expand and contract in a direction close to or away from the adjusting opening.
