    Abstract: Disclosed is a solid state biological reaction device, comprising a main tank (1), wherein the device further comprises a support (2) supporting the main tank (1), and the support (2) makes the main tank (1) be rotational in the horizontal position, and be statically cultured in the vertical position. The device is relatively simple, in particular, the mixing of materials uses the method of a vehicle-tank in combination with rotation, achieving the tank free conversion between the two different poses of vertical and the horizontal; and the device conducts the work of loading, inoculation, cultivation and transplantation and so on in the upright pose, and completes the work of sterilization and mixing of materials and so on in the horizontal pose. The device is not only quick to use and easy to move, but also omits the stirring system which occupies a lot of manufacturing costs, and is easy to use in large-scale production.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an improved method for producing ergothioneine, comprising the steps of: (a) inoculating Pleurotus ostreatus strain CGMCC No.6232 into a seed medium, and culturing it to prepare a seed liquor, wherein the seed medium uses soybean cake powder as nitrogen source; and (b) inoculating the seed liquor into a fermentation basal medium, and then culturing it to obtain a fermentation broth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelia. Further, any one or more members selected from NH4Cl, NH4NO3, NaCl, polyethylene glycol, folic acid, vitamin B1 (VB1), indolebutyric acid, citric acid, pyruvic acid, arginine, lysine, leucine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, betaine, histidine, cysteine, methionine, tween, span, chitosan, Fluconazole, Miconazole, Ketoconazole, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), isopropyl alcohol and dimethyl sulfoxide are added into the fermentation basal medium.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to the biotechnology field, and a method for preparing degradable materials, which comprises: inoculating Ceriporia lacerata into a culture medium containing lignocellulose debris for solid-state fermentation. The accession number of the C. lacerata is CGMCC No. 10485. The disclosure also relates to a degradable material obtained by the method and a method for cultivating the C. lacerata. The mycelia of the C. lacerata used herein can enwind and fix the culture medium debris (a lignocellulose material). By dint of the C. lacerata, the lignocellulose material can be prepared into a degradable material without sterilization or anti-bacterial treatment, and the preparation process doesn't require a sterile environment; thus, the preparation cost is decreased remarkably.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a preparation containing ergothioneine, the ergothioneine is provided by an extracellular ferment liquor which is obtained by removing the mycelia from the ferment liquor produced through liquid fermentation of a mushroom and/or the concentrate of the extracellular ferment liquor, and the preparation comprises food, cosmetics and animal feed. The method for preparing the preparation comprises liquid fermentation of a mushroom, removing the mycelia from the fermentation product, and selectively concentrating the extracellular ferment liquor obtained after removing the mycelia. The extracellular ferment liquor obtained through the liquid fermentation of a mushroom and/or the concentrate of the extracellular ferment liquor are used in preparing the preparation containing ergothioneine.

A top air outlet, a bottom air inlet and a material entrance and exit are provided on the main tank body. The collector is connected to the main tank body through the top air outlet. Also provided is a method for preparing filamentous fungus spores utilizing the solid-state biological reaction device, comprising the steps of: feeding a culture substrate into the main tank body through the material entrance and exit, performing steam sterilization by injecting steam through the bottom air inlet, inoculating the filamentous fungus strains onto a sterile culture substrate in the main tank body for culturing so as to obtain mature filamentous fungus spores, and then passing dry air into the main tank body through the bottom air inlet, so that the filamentous fungus spores enter the collector through the top air outlet.
