The transmitting module is in signal connection to the receiving module, the transmitting module and the receiving module are both in signal connection to the controller MCU module (STM32 series), and the controller MCU module is also in signal connection to a mobile terminal CPU. The present invention may automatically identify the road condition in front of the mobile terminal and may carry out a voice prompt in time.
