    Abstract: Provided in the present invention is a recombinant hEGF-CRM197 tumor therapeutic vaccine formulation. Specifically, the formulation of the present invention contains a therapeutically effective amount of a conjugate of a recombinant human epidermal growth factor (hEGF) and a diphtheria toxin mutant (CRM197), a phosphate base buffer solution with the pH in a range of 7.5-8.5, a polysorbate 20 surfactant and optionally a monosaccharide or disaccharide. The protein conjugate molecule in the formulation of the present invention can break immune tolerance and induce the production of an anti-human epidermal growth factor antibody in the human body; In addition, the protein conjugate molecule produces a lower proportion of polymers, and has a more uniform molecular weight distribution in the buffer, and better stability. Therefore, the formulation of the present invention can achieve large-scale production and can be stably stored for a long time.
