Two sides of the tongue are non-parallel to form two sloping edges respectively, and two sloping edges taper gradually from the first penetrated portion toward the end of the tongue to form the tongue in tapered shape, and a hook hole is formed on the narrow end of the tongue to fasten the pulling member thereon.
