An outermost surface of each organic layer is treated with plasma to become a surface hardened layer, which forms an organic barrier layer with an unhardened portion of the organic layer. The surface hardened layer can prevent moisture invasion and erosion, thereby extending a service life of the OLED device. The unhardened portion of the organic barrier layer can completely release tensile stress of an inorganic layer.
