Patent number: 8752272Abstract: A method for molding a plug and a hose or a pipe, wherein the plug is part of a pipe connection and the pipe connection is constructed as a sealing plug-in connection between a connecting piece and the plug. The plug includes an outer part and an inner part connected to each other in one piece and a rear free end of the plug forms an annular gap. The deformation forces acting on expanding jaws of an expanding device during the molding of the plug and the hose or the pipe are directly recorded and the molding of the plug and the hose or the pipe is performed in dependency on these directly recorded deformation forces. As a result, a constant molding degree is achieved in case of plugs and hoses or pipes with varying wall thicknesses.Type: GrantFiled: October 7, 2010Date of Patent: June 17, 2014Assignee: Henn GmbH & Co. KGInventors: Harald Hartmann, Werner Bachmann

Patent number: 7735228Abstract: An insulation stripping tool for flat cables includes a clamping device adapted to be clamped to a flat cable and to provide a linear guide edge for guiding a knife holder to accurately sever the outer insulation sheath of the cable in a transverse direction. Upon removal of the clamping device from the cable, the knife holder is inserted into a chamber contained in the clamping device with the knife edge protruding from the chamber, whereupon a curved side of the flat cable is inserted within first guide grooves contained in the clamping device, and the clamping device is displaced circumferentially of the cable to sever the curved cable side transversely of the cable. The curved cable side is then inserted into a second pair of grooves contained in the clamping device, and the knife holder is displaced longitudinally to sever the insulation sheath longitudinally of the cable.Type: GrantFiled: February 5, 2007Date of Patent: June 15, 2010Assignee: Weidmueller Interface GmbH & Co. KGInventors: Hartmut Schmode, Andreas Wedler, Detlev Hetland, Bernd David, Detlev Klaas, Ernst-Heinrich Scheel, John Witt, Werner Bachmann, Carsten Drescher, Günter Lucht

Patent number: 6279150Abstract: A method for converting an object code (OC1) for a source hardware (M1) into an equivalent program code (PC2) that comprises a program part (PT2) and a data part (DT2), whereby a code transformer (CT) analyzes each command of the object code (OC1) for the source hardware (M) and generates at least one corresponding entry in the program part (PT2) of the program code (PC2) from it is developed in that at least one data part (DT1) of the object code (OC1) for the source hardware (M1) and at most the complete object code (OC1) for the source hardware (M1) is accepted into the data part (DT2) of the program code (PC2). Such a method is flexible and offers high efficiency both in the conversion as well as in the running of the converted program code (PC2).Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2000Date of Patent: August 21, 2001Assignee: Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme AktiengesellschaftInventor: Werner Bachmann

Patent number: 5269436Abstract: To improve the strength, resistance to leaks, and formation of tears and fissures in the inner wall of a double-wall tank, the inner wall is formed, as described in the inventor's earlier U.S. Pat. No. 4,739,895 (U.S. Pat. No. Re. 33,421) by a plurality of foil or sheet elements which are overlapped at the edges, and covered by a plastic, preferably epoxy layer. The sheet elements are preferably aluminum foils of from 0.15 to 0.3 mm, preferably 0.2 mm thickness. The plastic layer is reinforced by a multi-ply, preferably two-ply, glass fiber fabric, which is so woven that the layers or plies of the fabric are interwoven or interlocked. The fabric is embedded in the plastic coating, before it is cured, for example by rolling it into the plastic coating. To assure good fitting of the inner wall against the outer wall, a vacuum is applied in the space formed by the projections or puckers of the sheet elements and the outer wall before the plastic coating has cured, and maintained until it is cured.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 1992Date of Patent: December 14, 1993Assignee: Adisa Entwicklungs AGInventor: Werner Bachmann

Patent number: 4739895Abstract: To form a substance supported inner wall of a doublewall bottom and portion of the side wall of a tank, the inner wall is formed by a ridged, ribbed, puckered or embossed aluminum foil of, for example, 0.15 mm to 0.3 mm, preferably about 0.2 mm thickness, with protrusions or projections extending towards the outer or bottom wall. Since such foils are not available in sizes sufficient to lay out an entire tank in one unit, a plurality of foil units are placed adjacent each other, preferably with edge zones overlapped, and the overlap is bridged and connected by a fiber reinforced ribbon or tape, preferably glass fiber, the thus formed bottom wall being coated with an epoxy resin in which the glass fiber reinforced ribbon or tape is embedded.Type: GrantFiled: August 20, 1986Date of Patent: April 26, 1988Assignee: Adisa Entwicklungs AGInventor: Werner Bachmann
