Patent number: 11215292Abstract: An electromagnetically actuated piston slide valve and an assembly set for such a valve with which an NC valve and an NO valve can be fabricated. Such a valve of the NC construction type comprises a valve housing with corresponding connectors and a fluid passage. A slide coupled with a magnetic armature is provided for regulating a free cross-sectional area of the fluid passage. A first spring urges the slide in an opening direction and a second spring urges the slide in an opposite closing direction, wherein the first and the second spring are adapted such that, in the electrically unenergized state of the coil, the slide adopts a position in which the fluid passage is closed.Type: GrantFiled: April 2, 2019Date of Patent: January 4, 2022Assignee: RAPA AUTOMOTIVE GMBH & CO. KGInventors: Sebastian Bähr, Werner Döhla

Patent number: 10527120Abstract: An electromagnetically actuated piston slide valve includes a piston slide arrangement with a piston which is axially displaceable for regulating a free cross section of a fluid passage of the valve. The piston slide arrangement contains a first magnetic armature connected to the piston and a second magnetic armature which is axially displaceable with respect to the piston. The piston is axially displaceable against the force of a first biasing spring by generating an electromagnetic field through energizing a coil. A second biasing spring rests against the first magnetic armature and the second magnetic armature, so, in the unenergized state of the coil, the piston takes a predetermined position by axial displacement due to the force of the first biasing device against the force of the first biasing device. A permanent magnet generates an attractive force between the first and the second magnetic armature which counteracts the second biasing spring.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2018Date of Patent: January 7, 2020Assignee: Rausch & Pausch GmbHInventors: Sebastian Bähr, Werner Döhla

Patent number: 10288188Abstract: An electromagnetically operated valve, comprises a valve slide with a magnet armature, which is equipped to close a sealing seat in a fluid channel of the valve with a first axial end in a closed position, as well as a sealing element with folded bellows situated between the sealing seat and the first axial end of the valve slide and separates the valve slide from the fluid channel with a fluid-tight seal. The magnet armature is supported in the valve in an essentially non-contact manner due to the fact that the valve slide has a guide pin protruding in the axial direction from the magnetic armature on a second axial end opposite the first axial end, the guide pin being supported to slide in the axial direction; and the valve slide is aligned in the radial direction on a side of the magnet armature facing the first axial end of the valve slide and is supported so it is movable in the axial direction by means of at least one spring element.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2015Date of Patent: May 14, 2019Assignees: FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE DEUTSCHLAND GMBH, RAUSCH & PAUSCH GMBHInventors: Werner Schieweck, Werner Doehla, Olaf Seewald, Michael Teichmann

Patent number: 10284068Abstract: A linear actuator for an active engine mount of a vehicle has a stator with a coil that can be fed with electric current for generating an electromagnetic field and an actuating element that is mounted in axially movable fashion with reference to the stator. The actuating element comprises an armature and a ram extending in axial direction and is so mounted in the stator by means of at least one spring element that it can be moved axially in frictionless fashion when the coil is fed with current. Publication number: 20090145501Abstract: An electromagnetically actuated piston slide valve (1) with proportional characteristic comprises an axially movable piston (5) for closing radial passage openings (7). So as to change, with a cross-sectional area of the fluid passage openings (7) given by the magnetic drive, a parabolic course of the pressure loss at an increasing flow rate into a largely linear to degressive course, there is provided a pressure-sensing bore (9), which connects the fluid entrance side, at which pressure P1 is present, with the fluid exit side, at which pressure P2 is present. In the pressure-sensing bore (9) is axially displaceably disposed a pressure-sensing pin (10) and pushes, when pressure P1 is greater than pressure P2, the slide piston (5) into its open position. Thereby the free cross-sectional area of the fluid passage openings (7) increases, and the pressure loss ?P=P1?P2 decreases correspondingly.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 5, 2008Publication date: June 11, 2009Applicant: RAUSCH & PAUSCH GMBHInventors: Bernd Kiessling, Werner Doehla

Patent number: 7172171Abstract: Controllable solenoid valve in which, due to the interaction between a magnetic force caused by an electrical flow and a spring force acting against the magnetic force, at least one first sealing body in the interior of a valve housing is displaced in axial direction between two final positions whereby moving relative to its first sealing seat. The interior extends from one electromagnet to a connection. To enable, in a simple manner, a specific reproducible influencing of the sequence speed of cylinder controls in hydraulic drives and to prevent uncontrolled movements by these drives, the first sealing seat up to the first sealing body is provided with an axially extending cylindrical housing inside of which a slide is axially displaced according to the electrical flow.Type: GrantFiled: October 15, 2003Date of Patent: February 6, 2007Assignee: Rausch & Pausch GmbHInventors: Werner Doehla, Michael Rauch

Patent number: 6405755Abstract: The invention relates to a directly controlled magnetic valve, comprising a fixed core which is located in a magnet and a moving armature to which a seal plate is fixed by means of a tappet. When the valve is activated, the seal plate interacts with a valve seat which is fixed to the housing. Corresponding sealing elements are provided on the seal plate and on the valve seat and at least the tappet and the seal plate have bores which are situated centrally in the longitudinal direction. The aim of the invention is to produce a magnetic valve which has a large nominal width allowing a small construction volume, a low power requirement, rapid pressure compensation and rapid switching. To this end, second sealing elements which correspond with each other are provided on a front face which is permanently connected to the armature and on an adjacent face which is fixed to the housing.Type: GrantFiled: June 1, 2001Date of Patent: June 18, 2002Assignee: Rapa Rausch & Pausch Elektrotechnische Spezialfabrik GmbHInventors: Werner Doehla, Werner Schieweck

Patent number: 5679276Abstract: An electrical assembly for an oil burner nozzle has a heating element and a conductive foil assembly for supplying current to the heating element. The conductive foil assembly has a base material in the form of an electrically insulating sheet configured to extend from the heating element in the oil burner nozzle to an access position accessible from outside the oil burner nozzle. Foil conductors are disposed on the electrically insulating sheet and extend from the access position to the heating element. Another electrically insulating sheet selectively covers the foil conductor in a sandwiched arrangement. The conductive foil assembly is folded around the heating element and portions of the foil conductors are placed into electrical contact with the heating element via non-insulated areas of the foil conductors provided by the selective covering.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 1995Date of Patent: October 21, 1997Assignee: Rapa Rausch & Pausch Elektrotechnische Spezialfabrik GmbHInventors: Rafael Benavides, Werner Doehla, Walter Steeb
