  • Patent number: 11215292
Abstract: An electromagnetically actuated piston slide valve and an assembly set for such a valve with which an NC valve and an NO valve can be fabricated. Such a valve of the NC construction type comprises a valve housing with corresponding connectors and a fluid passage. A slide coupled with a magnetic armature is provided for regulating a free cross-sectional area of the fluid passage. A first spring urges the slide in an opening direction and a second spring urges the slide in an opposite closing direction, wherein the first and the second spring are adapted such that, in the electrically unenergized state of the coil, the slide adopts a position in which the fluid passage is closed.

  • Patent number: 10707004
Abstract: A linear actuator for an active motor mount of a motor vehicle includes a stator which has an electrically energizable coil for generating an electromagnetic field, as well as a magnetic armature which is mounted axially movable with regard to a longitudinal axis of the coil and has at least one permanent magnet ring which opposes the stator and has several permanent magnet ring segments. Between a surface of the permanent magnet ring segments which faces the stator and a surface of the stator which faces the permanent magnet ring segments there exists an angular gap with a gap angle (?) of preferably 4°.

  • Patent number: 10527120
Abstract: An electromagnetically actuated piston slide valve includes a piston slide arrangement with a piston which is axially displaceable for regulating a free cross section of a fluid passage of the valve. The piston slide arrangement contains a first magnetic armature connected to the piston and a second magnetic armature which is axially displaceable with respect to the piston. The piston is axially displaceable against the force of a first biasing spring by generating an electromagnetic field through energizing a coil. A second biasing spring rests against the first magnetic armature and the second magnetic armature, so, in the unenergized state of the coil, the piston takes a predetermined position by axial displacement due to the force of the first biasing device against the force of the first biasing device. A permanent magnet generates an attractive force between the first and the second magnetic armature which counteracts the second biasing spring.

  • Patent number: 10284068
Abstract: A linear actuator for an active engine mount of a vehicle has a stator with a coil that can be fed with electric current for generating an electromagnetic field and an actuating element that is mounted in axially movable fashion with reference to the stator. The actuating element comprises an armature and a ram extending in axial direction and is so mounted in the stator by means of at least one spring element that it can be moved axially in frictionless fashion when the coil is fed with current. The actuating element comprises a support element of a non-magnetic light-weight construction material extending in radial direction between the armature and the ram. Advantageously, the armature is provided only in such regions where there run magnetically relevant field lines of the electromagnetic field of the coil.

  • Patent number: 9388913
Abstract: A dynamic seal for sealing radially two members that are displaceable relative to each other axially comprises a sealing body made of elastomeric material having two axially spaced, radially exterior sealing lips and two axially spaced, radially interior sealing lips, and a supporting body bearing the sealing body and consisting of a harder material than the sealing body, in particular of a plastic. The supporting body possesses a radially exposed guiding portion extending between two sealing lips in the axial direction for axially guiding the movable member, and an anchoring portion opposing the guiding portion for anchoring the seal in the other member.

  • Patent number: 5460330
Abstract: A fuel oil burner with a fuel heater and an electromagnetic valve has a pipe member with an external diameter, a first end portion adjacent a fuel feed duct and a second end portion adjacent a nozzle. The first end portion is connected with the fuel feed duct and the second end portion is connected with the nozzle. In the pipe member are members for conducting and for preheating the fuel. The electromagnetic stop valve is arranged between the preheater and the nozzle. Electrical contacts adapted for the preheater and the stop valve are provided at the pipe member in the vicinity of the first end portion. Electrical connections to the stop valve and the preheater are within the external diameter of the pipe member. The fuel oil burner is very compact, compatible and reliable.
