  • Publication number: 20160124397
Abstract: A handheld unit for an industrial technical system comprising some of the following: a proximity sensor, an acceleration sensor, an orientation sensor, a position-determining device and an image-capturing device. Commands input by a user to the handheld unit and output signals from the modules are fed to an evaluation device in the handheld unit that transmits control commands to a control device in the industrial technical system. The evaluation device compares output signals of the modules to predetermined first signal patterns and transmits commands that activate components in the industrial technical system to the control device only if the command requested and the output signals of the modules match one of the predetermined first signal patterns. Otherwise the evaluation device does not transmit the control commands.

  • Patent number: 7841250
Abstract: The invention relates to a drive device (9) comprising a housing (10), a drive shaft (14) which is mounted in the housing (10) and which comprises a shaft axis (15) and a first and a second electric drive (12,13). The drive shaft (14) can be rotated about the shaft axis (15) by means of a drive (12,13) and can be displaced in an axial manner along the shaft axis (15). The drives (12, 13) are aligned on the shaft axis (15) and comprise, respectively, a stator (16,19) and a rotor (17,20). The stators (16,19) are secured to the housing (10). The rotors (17,20) are embodied as hollow shafts and are mounted on the housing (10). The rotor (20) of the second drive (13) is rotationally secured to the drive shaft (14) by means of a linear bearing device (28), and in a manner which enables it to be axially displaced. The rotor (17) of the first drive (12) is rotationally secured to a threaded spindle (27) and is connected in such a manner that it cannot be axially displaced.

  • Publication number: 20090214687
Abstract: There is described an injection molding machine which is provided in particular for injection-compression moulding, wherein the injection moulding machine has at least the following units: an injection unit, a closing unit and a pre-plastification unit. The injection moulding machine also has a linear drive unit which is provided for driving the closing unit. An additional linear drive unit is provided for driving the injection unit.

  • Publication number: 20080309179
Abstract: There is described an electric machine which is used, in particular as a drive mechanism for an injection moulding machine. The electric machine comprises a first electric motor for carrying out a linear displacement and a second electric motor for carrying out a rotational movement. A displaceable means can be displaced in a rotary and linear manner by means of the rotational displacement and the linear displacement. A first axle of the first electric motor essentially coincides with a second axle of the second electric motor and the linear displacement can be carried out by means of a threaded drive. A second rotor of the second electric motor is connected to a drive means of the threaded drive. It is also possible that the first electric motor is positioned in such a manner in relation to the second electric motor that a region is formed in the same axial position. As a result, a compact machine is produced.

  • Patent number: 4203817
Abstract: The invention is in concern of a method and a device for moving a liquid sample material in a measuring chamber, particularly for use in electrophoretic measurements. To permit precise measurements the remaining sample material is prevented from mixing with the sample material under test. The valves employed have to be closed in the course of the sample movement. This is realized in displacing the sample material by means of two pistons rigidly connected to each other and arranged in a by-pass of the measuring chamber.
