  • Publication number: 20060130919
Abstract: In a device for attenuating pressure oscillations in a hydraulic line, wherein an actuator for generating pressure pulses in the hydraulic line is arranged between a pressure source and a consumer, a control apparatus is provided for activating the actuator in such a way that it generates pressure pulses which are at least approximately in antiphase to pressure oscillations detected in the hydraulic line, which pressure oscillations are detected by a sensor in the hydraulic line or determined by the control apparatus depending on parameters of the pressure source for controlling the pressure pulses applied to the hydraulic line.

  • Patent number: 7051764
Abstract: A line arrangement is provided for transmitting volume flows of fluids with a port which is assigned to a pump, a port which is assigned to an actuator and a connecting line which connects the pump to the actuator. An amplified damping effect of pulsations occurring in the line arrangement is achieved in that at least one line through which there is not a flow and which is composed at least partially of an elastic hose should branch off from the connecting line. At least one inner hose oriented axially with respect to the elastic hose is provided which has at least one free end opening axially to an axial space of the elastic hose.

  • Publication number: 20040112449
Abstract: In order to provide a line arrangement for transmitting volume flows of fluids with a port which is assigned to a pump, a port which is assigned to an actuator and a connecting line which connects the pump to the actuator, which has an amplified damping effect of pulsations occurring in the line arrangement, it is proposed that at least one line through which there is not a flow and which is composed at least partially of an elastic hose should branch off from the connecting line. The same result is achieved if at least one line which runs in parallel with the connecting line and which is composed at least partially of an elastic hose is provided.

  • Patent number: 4544689
Abstract: An aqueous polyvinyl ester dispersion having a solids content of 35 to 65 weight % and containing 3 to 12 weight % (relative to the total amount of dispersed particles) of polyvinyl alcohol and 2 to 70 weight % (relative to the total amount of dispersed particles) of a natural starch has excellent adhesive properties. It is manufactured by emulsion polymerization of a vinyl ester optionally together with comonomers, and by subsequent distribution of the starch in the dispersion obtained by the emulsion polymerization. The dispersion is especially suitable for the manufacture of adhesives for porous substrates.

  • Patent number: 4405747
Abstract: An aqueous polyvinyl ester dispersion having a solids content of 40 to 70 percent by weight and containing 3 to 15 percent by weight (relative to the total amount of polyvinyl ester and additive) of a polyvinyl alcohol and 5 to 60 percent by weight (relative to the total amount of polyvinyl ester and additive) of a waxy, fatty or oily additive, has excellent adhesive properties. It is prepared by emulsion polymerization of a vinyl ester, if appropriate together with comonomers, in the presence of the said additive or by subsequent distribution of the additive in the dispersion resulting from the emulsion polymerization. The dispersion is particularly suitable for the preparation of adhesives for cellulose-containing materials.
