  • Patent number: 8974568
Abstract: The present invention relates to an inertial separator for gas liquid separation, comprising: a tubular body (12) having an inlet (14) extending through a sidewall of the body (12) substantially in tangential direction, an annular duct (16) arranged inside the tubular body (12) and being in fluid communication with the inlet (14), wherein the annular duct (16) extends into an interior chamber (18) of the tubular body (12) via an annular gap (20) extending between an inside facing side wall portion (15) of the body (12) and a first insert (30; 50).

  • Patent number: 8555837
Abstract: A rotor for a camshaft phaser assembly for an internal combustion engine. The rotor includes a base portion from which protrudes a plurality of vanes spaced over the circumference of the base portion of the rotor. An increased diameter stepped portion of the base portion of the rotor is provided over at least one section between at least two of the protruding vanes. The increased diameter portion allows for insertion of at least one locking pin assembly within the base portion of the rotor, reducing the remaining rotor base portion diameter to at least reduce material weight and size of the camshaft phaser assembly.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 25, 2010
Date of Patent: October 15, 2013
Assignee: Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG
    Inventors: Werner Hoyer, Michael Kandolf

  • Patent number: 5468271
Abstract: A dust filter bag for a vacuum cleaner, having a holding plate (1) of a cardboard paper material, which holding plate (1) has a sealing-closable opening (9) for a suction pipe of a vacuum cleaner, the opening (9) being adapted to be closed from the outside by a separate closure tab (10) which has an insertion region, and, in order to obtain an improved dust filter bag, the cardboard-paper material is developed in three layers (layers a, b, c) in the region of the opening (9) and in at least two layers in the remaining region of the holding plate (1), a rubber gasket (11) being gripped between two layers, preferably the second and third layers (b, c).
