  • Patent number: 8752867
Abstract: A sanitary hose coupling (1) including a tubular coupling base body (2) which, in at least one of the base body end regions thereof, has a hose connector (3) profiled in at least one sub-region for a flexible water hose (4) to be pushed on, and also includes a crimp sleeve (6) which, when deformed, fixes an end (5) of the water hose (4) encompassed by the crimp sleeve (6) on the hose connector (3). The hose coupling (1) provides that the end (5) of the water hose (4) encompassed by the crimp sleeve (6) can be fixed in a rotationally fixed manner on the hose connector (3), and that the end (5) of the hose can be pushed onto a profiled section (7) of the hose connector (3) that is not round in the circumferential direction. Since the hose coupling permits a torque transmission between the water hose (4) and the coupling base body (2), the hose coupling is able to substantially facilitate the mounting and dismantling of a water hose (4) even under restricted spatial conditions.

  • Publication number: 20140138944
Abstract: A hose nipple (4) for a hose arrangement (1) is provided, having retaining ribs (6) on the outer side. According to the invention, the retaining ribs (6) vary in their form, size and arrangement on the nipple base body (5) between the hose side (12) and the outlet side (11) of the hose nipple (4) such that a uniform and parallel input of force into the pressure hose (2) is achieved by the retaining ribs (6), which causes the force- and/or form-fitting connection between the hose nipple (4) and the pressure hose (2) fitted thereon.

  • Publication number: 20140116552
Abstract: A hose connection piece (2), on which a sleeve-shaped insertion part (15) is arranged in the region of the outlet (14) of the passage channel (13) formed by a hose nipple (5) of the hose connection piece (2) and which is to be fastened on the nipple base body (12) of the hose nipple (5) by a snap-action or latching connection (16). The insertion part (15) can carry a sealing ring (7) for the contact flange (6) of the hose nipple (5) and/or axially secure a backflow preventer cartridge (26) which is introduced into the receiving space (25) of the hose nipple (5).

  • Publication number: 20130093180
Abstract: A detachable plug connection having a connecting element connected to a sleeve-like receiving part, the interior of which receives a tubular plug-in part which carries an outer circumferential retaining rib, and having a securing element formed of hard-elastic material and has inwardly directed retaining edges, which spring out elastically, for engaging behind the retaining rib after insertion of the plug-in part, the retaining edges being connected together via resilient webs which converge in a V shape, and spring out by application of pressure to the converged web end regions of the resilient webs, such that the retaining edges disengage from the retaining rib. The connecting element and the securing element are connected integrally together to form a molding produced from hard-elastic material, and the connecting element and the securing element are connected together via deflectable resilient bars, in the extension of which at least one retaining edge is provided.
