    Abstract: An aqueous of pre-crosslinked organopolysiloxanes and process for producing the same. The aqueous dispersion is preferably aqueous emulsion, including pre-crosslinked organopolysiloxanes which contains on average at least one structural unit of the general formula SiRO2/2—Y—SiRO2/2 and units of the formula R2SiO2/2. Where Y is a radical of the formula —R2—[NR3—R4—]x—NR3—OC—[C(Z1)(H)]k1—[C(Z2)(H)]k2—CO—NR3—[R4—NR]x—R2 and where R, R2, R3, R4, k1, k2, x, Z1 and Z2 have a definition a set forth within herein. Additionally, the sum of k1+k2 is ?1, the that at least one radical Z1 or Z2 is a hydroxyl or NHR3 group, preferably a hydroxyl group, and so the bridging group Y contains at least one hydroxyl or NHR3 group, preferably at least one hydroxyl group.
