    Abstract: In a device for dispensing liquids from a first into a second container via a conveying conduit including a flow counter and shut-off means, flow measuring errors due to the presence of gas in the liquid are prevented by controlling the effective free cross-section of the shut-off means so that flow is permitted only if the pressure upstream of the flow counter is between two positive pressure values.
