  • Publication number: 20050175739
Abstract: The present invention relates to a baked good, characterized in that it comprises at least four layers, wherein the bottom layer consists of dough having a thickness of approximately 2-7 mm, the second layer includes a fat preparation or emulsion and wherein both layers jointly expand to a thickness of approximately 10-38 mm, preferably approximately 16-32 mm, as a result of leavening agents and a baking operation, a third layer includes a liquid to intrinsically viscous ingredient and a thereon deposited fourth layer which includes toppings generally used on baked goods, such as vegetables, fruits, cocoa products, meat constituents, cheese, seeds, spices, herbs, and the like, as well as mixtures thereof. The finished baked good is then provided with a suitable baking foundation.

  • Patent number: 4762602
Abstract: The invention relates to a vertical electroplating cell for processing metal strips in which the strip to be processed running from an upper conductor roll is led to a lower deflecting immersion roll and from there to a further upper conductor roll, the respective descending and ascending strip portion to be processed being subjected in a canal between vertically disposed anodes to the electrolyte flow conducted in circulation at high speed against strip running direction. In such a electroplating cell the circulation of large electrolyte amounts using the minimum possible pump energy is achieved in that the electrolyte flow directed in each case in the canals (6, 7) between the anode rows (5, 7) against the strip running direction are generated via liquid jet pumps disposed on outer canals between rear sides of anode rows and housing walls.

  • Patent number: 4634504
Abstract: The invention concerns a process for the electrodeposition of metals, especially zinc, on to metal strip, particularly steel strip, from an aqueous solution of the metal salts, using high relative flow velocities between electrolyte and strip and electrolyte and anodes, the metal strip being introduced vertically into the electrolyte, turned around and led vertically out of the electrolyte. A process of this nature should enable high current densities to be employed, including in vertical cells in which the metal strip, in particular steel strip, is passed vertically through the electrolyte, and permit even relative flows between the metal strip and the electrolyte, thus producing even deposition conditions for the parts of the metal strip entering and leaving the cell. The invention proposes that the electrolyte is forced to flow against the direction of strip travel throughout the section between the anodes and the metal strip.
