  • Publication number: 20190036391
Abstract: A stator for an electric motor contains a cylindrical stator yoke and a stator star which is joined to the cylindrical stator yoke and has a number of radially outwardly directed stator teeth. The tooth tips of the stator teeth bear against corresponding connecting points on the inner circumference of the stator yoke in the joined state. The stator yoke and the stator star are each formed by a punch-stacked laminated core, and in each case an adhesive, which is drawn in via capillaries, for establishing a cohesive connection is introduced between the stator star-side tooth tips and the stator yoke-side connecting points.

  • Patent number: 6198081
Abstract: A shaped part formed as a welding sleeve, consisting of thermoplastic material with a resistance wire winding arranged on its inner circumference, having at least one weld indicator. The indicator consists of a stem which is formed from the material of the body of the shaped part or sleeve. The stem prevents the material which comes under increased pressure upon the welding operation, and is urged towards the surface of the sleeve, from passing into the free space, by the resting against a corresponding surface of the sleeve recess.

  • Patent number: 5772824
Abstract: In a process for the connecting of plastic tubes the wall of which has a corrugated cross section by electro-thermal welding, filling cores of plastic are inserted in the corrugation troughs of the tubes to be connected on both sides of a welding joint in order to form a resting surface on the outer circumference of the tubes and an electric heating mat which surrounds the resting surface of all filling cores is placed on the resting surface.

  • Patent number: 5687996
Abstract: A molded part has welding sleeve portions (2) which are each provided with a heating coil (3a, 3b) for joining to tubular parts. A cylindrical sleeve end part (7) can be tensioned by at least one tensioning system against the inserted tubular part, thus providing fixing and holding of the parts before welding and during welding.

  • Patent number: 4927183
Abstract: An adapting piece of thermoplastic material includes at least one welding sleeve portion with an electrical heating device formed by two heating mats arranged next to each other in circumferential direction. The welding sleeve portion has at least one radial incision extending in axial direction. By means of a clamping nut, the welding sleeve portion can be braced together with the heating elements against a tubular piece inserted in the welding sleeve portion. As a result, the pieces are fixed and supported before and during welding.

  • Patent number: 4228814
Abstract: An apparatus for cleaning a test electrode in process control and chemical engineering. The apparatus includes a storage container from which a cleaning solution is intermittently drawn in by a pneumatically operating peristaltic pump. The pump supplies the cleaning solution to a nozzle which sprays the solution on the electrode.

  • Patent number: 4199333
Abstract: A filter box contains within a rotatably mounted filter, structured as a drum, a fiber preseparator cooperating with such filter. The fiber preseparator has a ventilator at its inlet and operatively flow communicates with a fiber separator. This fiber separator contains a movable plunger or equivalent structure, by means of which the separated fibers are compacted and ejected into a collecting container. The air flowing through the filter effluxes through an opening in the filter box into the machine room or area containing the textile machines with which the filter box is used. The air responsible for transport of the fibers from the preseparator into the fiber separator, following separation from the fibers, is returned back to the suction side of the ventilator and again into the preseparator. A suction tube cooperates with the inner side or wall of the rotating filter drum. This suction tube likewise flow communicates with the suction side of the ventilator by means of a dust separator.
