Abstract: The present disclosure provides components of packaging that is adapted for storing a product including a container having a body and a cover. The body and the cover define an internal storage compartment adapted for storage of a product. The body is configured to interact with the cover so as to form a joint when engaged. A sealing member is configured to substantially cover the joint, wherein the material of the sealing member is continuous and uninterrupted, thus limiting moisture loss from a product within the internal storage compartment. The sealing member is further configured to tear in a direction that is substantially parallel to the joint of the container.

Abstract: A plurality of wheeled cabinets, including single-sided cabinets (20) and double-sided cabinets (21), is movably mounted upon fixed rail assemblies (90) and (90A). Each cabinet is fitted with an extendable privacy partition (80), an automatically deployed safety-spacer assembly (110), and is capable of accepting both factory-finished and custom-fabricated furniture and fixture infill packages (24) that provide the activity spaces (23) created in between the cabinets with all of the appurtenances necessary to particularize these spaces into functionally specific rooms. A continuous conductor rail (100) supplies power, telephone, and data to the residential program deck.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an outboard motor comprising a steerable and tiltable propulsion unit including an engine, a speed control mechanism movable from an idle speed setting to range of advanced speed settings, a starting mechanism operable to start the engine, a transmission shiftable between a neutral position and a drive position, and a mechanism connected to the transmission for preventing starting of the engine when the transmission is absent from the neutral position, and for preventing shifting of the transmission to the neutral position when the speed control mechanism is at a setting advanced from the idle setting, and for releasably holding the transmission in the neutral position, and for biasing the transmission from the neutral position and toward the drive position upon release of the transmission from the neutral position.

Abstract: An electrical switch having a push button type actuator and a plurality of circuit-making type contact members, some of which are adapted to be momentarily moved by the actuator into contact with stationary electrical terminal members while other contact members are simultaneously initially slidably moved by the actuator into contact with yet another set of electrical terminal members and then adapted for independent slidable movement through a multitude of positions into contact with still other electrical terminals.
