    Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a first strip of flexible material, a second strip of flexible material, and a stretchable strip. The first strip of flexible material has a length and a width. The second strip of flexible material is disposed on the first strip of flexible material. The stretchable strip is disposed on the second strip of flexible material. The stretchable strip protrudes from a plane of the first side of the second strip of flexible material. The stretchable strip of material extends predominantly along the length of the second strip of flexible material. The stretchable strip of material has a width, in at least one cross-section, that is less than the width of the first strip of flexible material.
