  • Publication number: 20250260390
Abstract: An acoustic filter assembly for operating at a target band including multiple spaced sub-target bands. The filter assembly includes a first filter that passes a first band and a second filter that passes a second band. The first filter and the second filter have a transition band between the first band and the second band that is wider than the spacing between the sub-target bands. An interface receives a control signal that controls the transition band to be shifted between a first position and a second position, such that an upper part of a lower sub-target band is covered by the first band in the first position, and a lower part of an upper sub-target band is covered by the second band in the second position.

  • Publication number: 20250193811
Abstract: Power amplifiers with saturated output power (Psat) control for simultaneous transmit and receive (STR) are disclosed. In certain embodiments, a front-end system includes a low noise amplifier for amplifying a receive signal and a power amplifier for amplifying a transmit signal. The power amplifier receives a control signal for adjusting Psat from a STR control circuit, which can be part of a Wi-Fi system controller. During normal operation, the control signal sets the power amplifier to operate with a first or nominal Psat level. However, during one or more STR operating scenarios, the control signal is used to increase the power amplifier's PSAT from the nominal Psat level to a second or increased Psat level in which the power amplifier operates with reduced out-of-band noise and heightened linearity.

  • Publication number: 20240396508
Abstract: A method includes receiving a first signal at a front-end module (FEM) comprising a power amplifier, the first signal indicating an increase in expected power or modulation, in response to receiving the first signal, increasing power at the power amplifier for one or more packets; and, after processing the one or more packets, reducing power at the power amplifier.

  • Patent number: 7020186
Abstract: A multi-mode bi-directional communications device including a diplexer having a high-pass filter, a first low-pass filter, and a second low-pass filter. Downstream processing circuitry is coupled to the high-pass filter, and upstream processing circuitry is selectively coupled to the first low-pass filter and the second low-pass filter in response to an indicium of a desired spectral region.

  • Publication number: 20030022631
Abstract: A multi-mode bidirectional communications device including a diplexer having a high-pass filter, a low-pass filter, and a notch filter selectively coupled to the low-pass filter. The notch-filter is selectively coupled to the low-pass filter in response to an indicium of a desired spectral region.
