Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program for detecting natural language (NL) bias by a conversational system is described. Embodiments of the invention determine an NL bias in a set of training questions used to train a machine learning model used by the conversational system to select a user intent. Other embodiments of the invention determine an NL bias in a user question received by the conversation system as compared to the set of training questions. The NL bias causes the machine learning to preferentially associate user queries to a user intent. In respective embodiments, the system takes a corrective action to adjust the NL bias of the training questions or the user question.

Abstract: A method for secure live migration of a virtual machine (VM) in a virtualized computing environment can include selecting a VM in a secure virtualized computing environment for live migration to a different virtualized computing environment and blocking data communications with the selected VM and other VMs in the secure virtualized computing environment. The selected VM can be live migrated to the different virtualized computing environment and the VM can be restarted in the different virtualized computing environment. Notably, a secure communicative link can be established between the restarted VM and at least one other of the VMs in the secure virtualized computing environment. There can be multiple Cloud implementations/types within a govern enterprise—perhaps utilizing different infrastructure (e.g., hardware of one supplier versus that of another) or different areas of functionality (computing services, storage services, etc). This disclosure provides an abstraction or ‘resource planning’ layer above these core services such that a customer does not have to have knowledge or choose different Cloud types and/or understand or choose each underlying service. As such, it provides a ‘one stop’ portal.
