  • Publication number: 20240052322
Abstract: Chromatographic method for separation of AAV capsid proteins using hydrophilic-interaction chromatography (HILIC). The method provides the ability to quantify capsid protein ratio and to separate capsid proteins to the extent that low level post-translational modifications (PTMs) can be detected by mass spectrometry.

Inventors: Mark Thomas Chipley, Thomas Wesley Powers
  • Patent number: 7644095
Abstract: Method, system, and article of manufacture for assembling a compound document according to a collection of domain-specific rules. For example, a content management system (CMS) may be configured to process the domain-specific compound document according to domain-specific schema and rules (e.g., an XML schema and DTD), while at the same time, maintaining the compound document in a generic form according to a generic schema for a compound document format used by the CMS.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 30, 2006
Date of Patent: January 5, 2010
    Assignee: International Business Machines Corporation
Inventors: Charles S. Gauthier, Terry D. Hardin, David G. Herbeck, John E. Petri, Wesley Powers

  • Patent number: 5475232
Abstract: A method that provides a preferred generator profile that includes a set of generators, described in terms of their size, calibration and day of receipt, that will meet radioisotope requirement for a location for a preselected period of time. The method also selects generators for elution of radioisotope and determines an elution schedule which allocates elution of the generators throughout the preselected period of time so that the radioisotope requirement is met while avoiding undue wastage of radioactivity.
