    Abstract: A system and method of providing retailers with an online ordering system that is dynamically instantiated on use to reflect a distributor's available merchandise. The invention permits a distributor, together with the retailer, to define a product range and price and order terms that are unique to each retailer. A distributor's product database is successively filtered by templates, which are unique to each retailer, to define a unique online catalog for that retailer.
