    Abstract: A barrel type power terminal electrically coupled to a top side of a printed circuit board (PCB) with a barrel portion extending through or capable of receiving power through one of an aperture and a slot to a bottom side of the PCB. The terminal may have one or more leads, each lead electrically connected with a different pin or barrel segment of the barrel portion. A plug may interconnect with the barrel portion on the bottom side of the PCB. The terminal may be held in place by the one or more leads connected to pads of the PCB and/or by an insert.
