Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable apparatus supporting multiple operating systems and a supporting method therefor. The portable apparatus of the present invention comprises a plurality of operating systems, and BIOSs corresponding to the operating systems to boot the corresponding operating system. The portable apparatus comprises an operating system selection unit for selecting any one of the operating systems. The portable apparatus comprises a preprocessing BIOS for transferring booting right to the BIOS corresponding to the operating system selected by the operating system selection unit. The portable apparatus comprises a memory which is loaded with the corresponding BIOS that takes over the booting right from the preprocessing BIOS and the operating system booted by the corresponding BIOS. The preprocessing BIOS and the BIOS for booting the operating system are loaded in different regions of the memory in order to prevent over writing.

Abstract: A multi-directional brush includes a handle, a brush, and an angle adjuster that pivotally connects the brush to the handle. The adjuster includes a lower half portion and a upper half portion. The upper half portion includes a base and an elongate column protruded from the base, which are received in a mounting hole in the brush. The base has a shape of semi-sphere, and the elongate column has a circular shape. A blocking piece prevents rotation of the brush body with respect to the angle adjuster. The blocking piece is fastened to the angle adjuster by a fastening device.
