  • Publication number: 20130057952
Abstract: The invention relates to a substrate made of an aluminium-silicon alloy or crystalline silicon to which a polishable layer is applied and also to a metal mirror which comprises this substrate. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for the production of metal mirrors and also the use of the metal mirror according to the invention.

  • Patent number: 8081317
Abstract: The embodiments disclosed herein relate to an electrostatic chuck, or an optically structured element or an optical mask that comprise a metal film as well as a transparent cover applied on a substrate. At least two anti-reflective films are inserted between the metal film and the cover that reduce the reflectance of the metal film, as viewed from the surface, to almost zero. As a result, a direct interferometer measurement of the surface structure of the transparent cover is possible. Methods of measurement and of use are also disclosed.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 6, 2009
Date of Patent: December 20, 2011
Assignee: Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft zur Forderung der angewandten Forschung e.V.
Inventors: Gerhard Kalkowski, Olaf Stenzel, Wieland Stöckl
  • Publication number: 20100046005
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for the contactless detection of a three-dimensional contour, comprising a projector with an imaging element and a projection lens for depicting a stripe pattern that is generated on the imaging element in an object space. The invention further comprises a camera arrangement for the surveillance of the object space from two different directions, having two camera lenses. The projector and the camera arrangement are housed together in a measurement head that can be handheld. The invention further relates to a method for detecting a three-dimensional contour using said device.

  • Publication number: 20080096010
Abstract: The invention relates to a rear surface mirror having a substrate which is transparent for the light to be reflected and having a silver layer which is applied on its rear side, a first intermediate layer being introduced as underlayer between the substrate and the silver layer at least in regions, said underlayer comprising a high-melting oxide or containing the latter and having a higher melting point than silver, and a further cover layer being applied on the side of the silver layer, which is orientated away from the substrate, at least in regions, said cover layer comprising one of the high-melting metals ruthenium, iridium, osmium, palladium, platinum, rhenium and/or rhodium or containing these.
