    Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable laptop computer work station comprising a first work space that includes a planar table of rectangular cross section having an upper surface for receiving a laptop computer, such upper surface terminating in a lip along one of the long sides of the table, and a lower surface fitted a Tee-shaped receiver having a pair of longitudinal legs parallel to the lip at the upper surface and a transverse leg normal to the lip. The planar table is threadably attached at its lower surface to a receiver pad of a conventional camera tripod and provides for additional work spaces to be mechanically supported therefrom via the Tee-shaped receiver.

    Abstract: The refrigeration system is provided with a bundle of refrigeration tubes extending through heat exchange fins, with the bundle forming a condenser section, a receiver section and a subcooler section. A sight glass is positioned in the line between the receiver and the subcooler to facilitate the refrigerant charging process. The system also includes a floating head arrangement which allows the condenser pressure to fluctuate with the ambient temperature. A solenoid valve leading to an expansion valve cycles on/off in response to compressor suction pressure. A check valve insures that a column of liquid is always immediately upstream from the expansion valve.

    Abstract: A sealed, closed end heat pipe efficiently warms the drain for an evaporator so that condensation may flow unobstructed away from the evaporator in the refrigeration circuit. An evaporator end of the heat pipe is exposed to ambient air and a condenser end is located close to the drain inlet adjacent the evaporator. Thus, no external power source is required as fluid within the evaporator end is heated to vapor phase and circulates toward the condenser end, and cooled fluid from the condenser end returns to the evaporator end.
