    Abstract: An over the road trailer has a main frame and an extensible sub-frame for increasing the length thereof by forming a ramp on one end of the trailer when the other end is elevated by an integral lifting mechanism whereby a building such as a single car garage or a portion of a multi-car garage can be moved up the ramp and trailer, secured thereto and transported to a new location and unloaded.
