A pair of halves of material (44, 46) formed on each side of the slit are then folded back by a punch. The folded halves provide a double thick reinforcing wall around a periphery of a drive slot opening (A) which make the drive slot reinforced and safer to handle. The drive slot opening is dimensioned to receive a drive member (28) which makes a drive connection with a pushrod block (26).
