  • Publication number: 20210265766
Abstract: A module element is provided for accommodating pluggable contact means and/or functional elements to provide an assembled plug connector module. The module element has a retaining contour arranged and designed in such a way that a first module element can be joined with a second module element in a transverse direction, and/or the module element has a fastening contour and at least one fastening element, which are arranged and designed correspondingly in such a way that a first module element can be joined with a second module element in the transverse direction to form the plug connector module. A plug connector module composed of at least two of the module elements described above is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20210210887
Abstract: A high-current connector is provided, comprising an insulating body which has at least one contact carrier having at least one contact chamber, which has at least two through-openings on the plug-in side, and at least two electrically conductive plug-in contacts which are arranged parallel to one another in the contact chamber and each have a cable connection region at a first end and a plug-in region opposite at a second end, the plug-in regions of the plug-in contacts being guided through one of the through-openings each of the contact chamber. The high-current plug connector also has an electrically conductive connection element which is inserted into the contact chamber and which has at least two contact receptacles, into each of which one of the plug-in contacts is inserted interlockingly and frictionally by its plug-in region, and the at least two plug-in contacts are electrically conductively connected to one another by the connection element.

  • Publication number: 20210203095
Abstract: A printed circuit board plug-in connection is provided for transmitting the highest possible currents between a printed circuit board and an electrical cable, the printed circuit board plug-in connection being manufactured as simply and economically as possible. For this purpose, a plug-in connection having a slotted pin contact is proposed. Said pin contact is arranged in an insulating body and can be inserted directly into a passage contact opening of a printed circuit board in order to establish electrical contact. The insulating body has detent arms, which releasably engage in detent openings of the printed circuit board in a locking manner at the same time. By means of dovetail connections, several insulating bodies can be fastened to each other, i.e., can be cascaded with each other. A strain relief element can also be fastened to an insulating body by means of the dovetail connection in order to provide strain relief for individual conductors of the cable.

  • Patent number: 11038333
Abstract: A cable feedthrough for feeding at least one cable into a housing with an opening is provided. The cable feedthrough includes a covering comprising at least two housing shells, the covering having at least one opening, wherein a separating plane of the housing shells extends centrally through the opening, wherein to seal the housing, at least one elastic and/or flexible sealing element is provided that comprises a cable passage with a slit extending to the lateral edge of the cable passage, and wherein a counter pressure plate is provided that comprises at least one cable passage and covers the opening, the counter pressure plate cooperating with the sealing element and the covering to seal the housing. The sealing element is arranged with a predetermined oversize between the covering and the counter pressure plate and is under pressing force, as a result of which the sealing element is compressed.

  • Publication number: 20210091488
Abstract: A pin-like printed circuit board connector is at least slightly reversibly deformable and has a pin axis. The printed circuit board connector has at least a first slit which starts at the insertion end and runs through the pin axis towards the printed circuit board connection region and by means of which at least two segments pointing in the insertion direction are formed. In particular, the printed circuit board connector can additionally have a second such slit which intersects the first slit in the pin axis, in particular at right angles, forming even four segments pointing in the insertion direction.
