  • Patent number: 4796554
Abstract: The invention relates to a sailboat in which the hull is defined by cross-sections forming equilateral triangles standing on one tip with convex sides and which continuously decrease in size toward the bow and stern so that the keel line and the side edges coincide there and a substantially symmetrical ellipsoid is formed. The ellipsoid includes an extended bow cockpit and downwardly and outwardly slanting adjustable rudder vanes simultaneously forming rest feet. A central seat in the hull receives an adjustable mast of a profiled sail corresponding to a symmetrical airfoil profile having an adjustable airfoil cap at its front end. Several beams at the mast can be pulled up over each other and sail segments mounted in between can be reefed.

  • Patent number: 4580553
Abstract: Massage apparatus for medicinal-therapeutical treatment of human genitals at psychical or physical irritations. A carrier tube is enclosed in a toroidal rubber hose, also filled with an antifriction mass like glycerin. Pairs of support rollers inside of the hose are journalized on the tube in encircling relationship thereof. Driving rollers, each associated to one pair of support rollers, are in engagement with the rubber hose supported by the inner support rollers for effecting revolving movement of the hose longitudinally around the tube. The drive rollers encircling the hose on the tube are rotatably supported in a common frame or housing and by their engagement with the support rollers at the same time maintain and support the carrier tube and hose.

  • Patent number: 4205905
Abstract: Spring metal supports are soldered to the edges of metal spectacle frames and are formed to define a pair of spring tines having hooked ends. The tines extend through openings in studs embedded in plastic nose pads with the hooked ends of tines normally preventing withdrawal. The tines extend loosely through the openings so the nose pads are free to tilt a limited amount in any direction.
