Abstract: A steel material is useful for producing the upper part of engine pistons with high wear, corrosion and heat resistance. This steel has the following composition (in % by weight): 1.20 to 150 Mn; 0.50 to 0.80 Si; 0.35 to 0.40 C; 0.10 to 0.50 Mo; 0.08 to 0.13 V; 0.010 to 0.065 S; 0.015 to 0.050 Al; .ltoreq.0.035 P, the remainder being iron and production impurities.

Abstract: A flat, rectangular box 4 formed of cardboard contains a bag 18 of multi-layered foil material. A tube 24, which is disposed in the interior of the box in the transport condition of the package and can be removed from the box interior through an opening 10 which is closed by a tear-off strip, which is connected in liquid-tight manner to the bag 18 by a connecting piece. An outlet 36 provided at the free end of the tube is controlled by a pressure relief valve, which is provided in the tube and opens in the direction of the outlet. The walls of the narrow sides of the box each have a longitudinal fold along which these walls can fold outwards when the broad sides of the box are pressed together in order to empty the bag filled with a fluid, e.g. coffee extract. The one-way package is particularly suitable for use in a beverage vending machine in place of the storage containers employed until now.

Abstract: Clasp for garments, in particular furs, which includes an eye element and a hook element having a base plate to be fixed to the garment, a positioning web and a locking web. The hook element is made in a single piece. Also the hook element is provided with a hold-down arm which holds the hooked-in eye down against the positioning web or the locking web (depending on the load applied or the direction of force) and which is elastically movable in a direction normal to the base plate for hooking the eye in or out.

Abstract: A safety container for dispensing highly flammable liquids is described, which comprises flexible compressible container walls and a safety valve which is designed as a membrane-controlled cone valve, closable by a cap. The membrane exhibits a central hole bounded by a sealing edge, through which a valve cone is inserted and contacted by the sealing edge. The cone valve is operated by pressing the flexible container walls together and thereby reducing the interior space of the container and raising the internal pressure.
