  • Patent number: 4490669
Abstract: Bandgap circuit for generating a temperature-independent reference voltage, including a diode-resistance path at which a temperature-independent reference voltage corresponding to the energy gap of semiconductor material of components used in the circuit is available, the diode-resistance path including a diode and a series circuit of at least two resistors being connected in parallel with the diode, a temperature-independent reference voltage which is independent of the energy gap of the semiconductor material being available at one of the resistors.

  • Patent number: 4380060
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for push-pull transmission of items of binary information, wherein in order to improve the ratio of the information which can be simultaneously transmitted to the number of lines in a line group comprising at least three lines, more than two different potentials are produced on the lines while maintaining a constant potential sum in the line groups. Two or more line groups can serve to form phantom circuits.

  • Patent number: 4319072
Abstract: In a cable consisting of three bundles each having three strands each bundle is rotated by 60.degree. in each of two consecutive longitudinal sections, no rotation occurring in the third section. The sections without rotation are displaced by one section for each bundle. Therefore, a close coupling of the strand of a bundle to all strands of the other bundles and a phantom surge impedance which only slightly differs from the surge impedance of the bundle are achieved. In addition, the bundles are twisted. The cable is suited for the simultaneous push-pull transmission of a maximal ten independent, binary signals in both directions.

  • Patent number: 4168540
Abstract: A register building block is disclosed comprising binary memory cells of cross-coupled double emitter transistors which are fed from a source of constant current and addressed by raising the collector potential. Given a predetermined operating voltage, two memory cells are connected in series to save dissipation loss in each constant current circuit. A switch controlled by one bit of the address is used to select one memory cell from the addressed pair of memory cells. The circuit arrangement disclosed is utilized in highly integrated building blocks.

  • Patent number: 4112253
Abstract: A device for the transmission of push-pull signals by way of a two-wire line in full duplex operation has a push-pull transmitter for the transmission of the push-pull signals to an opposite station and a push-pull receiver for the simultaneous reception of the push-pull signals transmitted from the opposite station, and a compensation circuit for compensating the push-pull signals transmitted from the associated push-pull transmitter in relation to the inputs of the push-pull receiver. The push-pull transmitter and the push-pull receiver are designed as symmetrical differential amplifiers composed of emitter-coupled transistors and are provided with a constant current feed. The compensation circuit is of symmetrical construction and inputs of the push-pull receiver are connected to the wires of the two-wire line by way of two identical decoupling resistors which form parts of the compensation circuit.
