The method further includes operating an unlicensed small cell WWAN base station on the optimal radio channel frequency. The determination of weighted potential interference between the plurality of wireless links each operating on one of the plurality of available radio channel frequencies within the shared communication frequency band will determine selection of the optimal radio channel frequency.
