The at least one control is mounted to the first plate and includes at least one protrusion. The at least one protrusion projects through the at least on vertical slot and through the at least one horizontal slot. The at least one control moves vertically between a first position and a second position. The lock clip is in an open position when the at least one control is in the first position and a locked position when the at least one control is in the second position.
