  • Patent number: 11930736
Abstract: Agricultural electronics include many components. The components can be connected via an electronic link that connects the various components to components of an agricultural implement. This can include the use of a component type identifier and a master module. The identifier and the module can communicate data, including identification data and instructional data, to easily acknowledge and operate various electrical components of the agricultural implement. Additional sensors can be included to provide even additional data that is communicated between the module and the components of the agricultural implement to aid in providing instructions for operation and to provide additional data information.

  • Publication number: 20140164125
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to a system and methods for distributing targeted content to users of mobile devices such as smartphones and other hand-held devices based on the user's geo-location and other user-specific parameters. Generally, the distribution of content may be regulated by numerous indicators including the user's distance from a stationary media location, moving media channels displaying exterior facing signage, or digital billboards that display messaging with the use of digital screens. Further, aspects of the present disclosure allow users to engage with content and receive additional, supplemental content on their mobile device.

  • Publication number: 20110111111
Abstract: The invention provides a confectionery bar 110 comprising a rippled wafer 112 comprising a base portion 116 and two lobes 118, enrobed in a layer 114 of chocolate. The base portion 116 and the lobes 118 define between them a channel 120. A cylindrical bar 122 of caramel partly fills the channel 120. The lobes 118 are convoluted portions of wafer ribbon. The invention also encompasses a rippled wafer having a channel shaped cross section and a rippled wafer comprising two lobes, and provides a method and apparatus for forming rippled wafers.

  • Publication number: 20070166434
Abstract: A rippled wafer (90) formed of a convoluted wafer ribbon (80), the rippled wafer (90) having an average of at least 12 turns/cm2, wherein a turn is a change in direction of the wafer ribbon (80) of at least 45°, and a confectionery product comprising such a wafer. Also a confectionery product comprising a rippled wafer (90) formed of a convoluted wafer ribbon (80), wherein the turns are substantially uniformly distributed across the cross section of the rippled wafer, where a turn is a change in direction of the wafer ribbon of at least 45°, and a confectionery product comprising a three-dimensional rippled wafer (90) formed in a single step.

  • Patent number: 6303295
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for the identification of nucleotide sequences which encode selenoproteins. Nucleotide sequences are translated in all potential reading frames, those with a relatively large number of UGA or TGA codons are noted, and frameshift-dependent open reading frames and SECIS elements are identified as associated with selenoprotein coding sequences, especially those within or overlapping known open reading frames. Further provided are selenoprotein coding sequences which are associated with certain viruses (e.g., HIV and Ebola), cancer-related genes and coding sequences related to normal functioning of the immune system.
