The end user selects the desired product bundle level—as a result receives a purchase incentive, i.e., cash rebate, remittance, refund and/or other monies—and delivery method using the mobile device. The mobile device connects to a third party payment processor over a secure connection, which charges the end user for the purchase of the product bundle. Specifically, the third party payment processor charges the purchase to the user's mobile phone account with a mobile carrier.
