  • Patent number: 8210984
Abstract: A central thrust washer for all planets of a planetary carrier of a planetary gear that is geometrically designed such that it engages in recesses in the annulus gear or the drive wheel or is connected to planetary wheel bearings of the planetary carrier so as to prevent any relative movement. For this purpose, at least one fixing element is provided on the thrust washer.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 13, 2009
Date of Patent: July 3, 2012
    Assignee: Minebea, Co., Ltd
    Inventors: Claus Schaeffer, Willi Eppler
  • Patent number: 8169119
Abstract: An electric machine having a rotor and a stator that encloses the rotor. The stator is closed at its end faces by flanges. A slot insulation is applied in an axial direction to the stator and has means of centering the rotor and/or the flanges with respect to the stator.

  • Publication number: 20100007209
Abstract: A device for supplying power to a load, requiring both a pre-determined supply of electrical power and high power for short durations of the operating cycle of the load, where the operating cycle is repeated. The power supply device includes a connection to an electrical grid, an AC voltage transformation circuit, a voltage rectification means and a plurality of DC/DC converters mounted in series to terminals of the load. Each of the DC/DC converters has a storage capacitor mounted in parallel to it and at least one of the DC/DC converters is supplied directly by the voltage rectification means. At least another one of the DC/DC converters is not supplied directly by the voltage rectification means. The power supply device may compensate for losses in the power supply device and load, and may substantially continually and uniformly balance voltages at terminals of the storage capacitors.

  • Patent number: 7129608
Abstract: The present invention provides an inner rotor electric motor, in which the stator core is divided into a plurality of stator segments extending in an axial direction which are accommodated in corresponding stator casing segments. The stator segments are preferably constructed in an identical manner; the corresponding stator casing segments are also preferably substantially identical to each other. Means of connection to mechanically connect the stator segments and the corresponding stator casing segments is provided as well as means of electrically coupling the phase windings.

  • Publication number: 20040063345
Abstract: Connection Assembly for the Electrical Connection of an Electric Motor A connection assembly for the electrical connection of an electric motor, which has a plastic mounting plate with integrated connection elements, a printed circuit board with sensor and/or control components for the electric motor and a seal, is characterized in that the seal has a one-part sealing ring of a sprayable or moldable sealing material, which is undetachably shaped to the mounting plate and can be clamped between two opposite sealing faces of a two-part motor casing.
